From being ashamed of your challenges to being inspired by your power. From feeling like the only girl with your difficulties to knowing others who fight the same battles. From being an unsung warrior to having your Lebainu team cheer you on.
Support for girls struggling with Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, BPD, Depression, Eating Disorders, OCD, and any other mental health challenge or emotional struggle as well as those who are not diagnosed.
No matter how difficult or “minor” your struggle is, we believe that you deserve to be seen. Your pain matters. Your healing is important. We’re here to support you on whatever level you need.
Our Mission
No one gets a teenage girl with mental illness…better than another teenage girl with mental illness.
Lebainu aims to connect teen mental illness warriors in order to facilitate healthy peer support, as well as providing emotional support through our many programs. Lebainu strives to reduce the shame, lessen the loneliness, and empower our members. You don’t have to suffer in silence. Join Lebainu and thrive with a framework of support surrounding you.
